If you have made a reservation with us, it is important that you carefully review the following information regarding our payment processes.
Please do not make any payments until you have read and understood the information below.
The first step is to locate your Mexcovery ticket number. This number begins with MX or XM and can be found in the subject line of the confirmation email you received after making your reservation.
Please keep your ticket number available at all times once you have located it.

(Located in the subject line of your reservation confirmation email.)
If your payment is made through an electronic bank transfer, you must include your Mexcovery ticket number in the payment reference field.
After completing your transfer:
- Download your payment receipt from your online banking platform.

If your payment is made through a digital payment link from Hey Banco, PayPal, or Clip, you must include your Mexcovery ticket number in the payment reference.
Important:
- Your payment must be made in MXN (Mexican pesos).
- If you make the payment in USD or any currency other than MXN, the amount received in Mexican pesos may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by PayPal or Clip at the time of payment.
After completing your payment:
- Download your receipt from your PayPal or Clip account.
- Send it immediately via WhatsApp to +52 55 7476 3971 or by email to pagos@mexcovery.com.
- If your payment is made by credit or debit card through our call center, you do not need to send any payment receipt after the charge has been completed.
We strongly recommend that you do not wait until the last available moment to make your payment.
Around 95% of our travelers wait until the final deadline, which causes our service channels and phone lines to become saturated during peak payment periods.
Making your payment 2–3 days before the deadline will make the process much easier and faster.
If you still choose to make your payment at the last possible moment, we kindly ask for your patience. We will assist you, but response times may be longer than usual.
It is extremely important to follow these instructions carefully so that your payment can be correctly applied to your reservation.
If you do not have your Mexcovery ticket number, you will not be able to complete your payment. Remember that your ticket number is always included in the subject line of the reservation confirmation email you received.
Once you have your ticket number, you can send your payment receipt according to the instructions provided above.
If the payment does not include the required reference or the receipt is not sent on the same day the payment is made, it may not be possible to apply it to your reservation.
If you send your payment outside of our business hours, it will be processed during the next available business shift. Once your payment has been registered, our system will automatically send you a confirmation email. There is no need to confirm your payment again through any of our communication channels if you have already received the payment confirmation email.
IMPORTANT: Once the month has been closed, we will not be able to register payments that were not submitted according to the established instructions, and refund requests cannot be processed.
If this occurs, an accounting process must be initiated to trace your payment. This process includes an administrative fee.
